Order processing

Order Status

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard ground orders to process and to be shipped.

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. You can track your order by using our Order Tracking feature.

Order Editing or Cancellation

If you need to edit or cancel an order, please contact us by email at hello@ossanewyork.com as soon as possible after order placement. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or edit your order.


Ossa features a pre-order option for select items. Pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on ossanewyork.com. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the item's product page and in the shopping bag. Please note that this date is only an estimation and is subject to change. All pre-orders are fulfilled on the basis of first come, ossa will inform you of any changes regarding your pre-order.



We collect sales tax on orders from California, New York, New Jersey, Colorado, Illinois, Washington, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Washington DC, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Tennessee. All other states are tax free.


Delivery Areas

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications.

Please note we do not deliver to APO, FPO, Guam, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa and the Federated States of Micronesia.

UPS will make repeated delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to ossa. If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt a redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges.


Ground shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $150. If you order totals more than $150, you are eligible FREE ground shipping on any US order. All international shipments are $25 and include duties.

Returns and exchanges


Ossa customers have 30 days from the receiving date to return for a refund or an exchange.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in clean and resalable conditions, along with a copy of the ossa order confirmation number.


Your eligible item(s) can be exchanged online (US only) for a different size or color if in stock when creating your RMA.

Returning an Item

ossa offers free returns for US customers only. You'll need to create a return authorization online. We offer free domestic shipping on all online returns for U.S. customers. Charges may apply for international customers shipping back to the U.S.

Steps to make a return:

Email hello@ossanewyork.com with your order number and return request.

If you are within the 30 day return period, we will review and send approval if eligible. You will receive email notifications along the way. From there, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label and a return authorization #. This offer is eligible for US customers only. International shipping rates may apply for all international orders.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
